While at Penn, he was a member of Zeta Chapter, including holding the office of Recorder. Bill served as Deputy Councilor from 1981-1984 then as Province Councilor for Province 5 until he was elected National President in 1990.

Wendy also graduated from Penn in 1984, serving as Rush Chair, Social Chair, and President of Zeta Chapter 1982-1983. She took over as Deputy Councilor of Zeta Chapter in 1984 until 1989 while in private practice with Bill. From 1989 until 2000, Wendy practiced dentistry in the US Navy, where she earned a certificate in Oral Medicine. From 2000-2007, she taught Oral Medicine at Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine, and served as the Deputy Councilor of Nu Sigma Chapter. During Wendy’s time at NSU, Nu Sigma received 4 Regional Awards and 3 National Awards, and consistently had close to 100 members, one of the largest Chapters in the country.

In 2007, Wendy moved to the University of Louisville, School of Dentistry and began to revitalize Omicron Chapter, her third Chapter as Deputy Councilor. In the summer of 2008, she was elected as Province Councilor for Province 4, and was successful in gaining 12 new, enthusiastic members to Omicron Chapter.
